  • The Litchfield City Hall will reopen to the public resuming normal operation and business hours from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 1, 2020. Due to COVID-19 mandated changes there will be a change how visitors enter the building. Visitors must enter the building through the City Council room door located on the West side of the building and follow the direction signs within the building. As always, visitors with disabilities can enter the building at the door located on the East side (M-99) if needed. Prior to visitors entering the building, you will be required to wear a mask, if medically able; limit in-person interactions as much as possible; and maintain 6 feet of distance with other visitors and employees that may be in the building at the same time. Once a visitor has entered the building, they will be required to answer a verbal Health Screen Questionnaire and may be subject to having a temperature check which would be done by an office staff member. Customers are still able, and encouraged, to pay their utilities online by visiting the City’s website, by phone, and/or by dropping their payments in the drop-box located on the West side of the building.

We are asking for the safety of all our residents, customers, and staff, if you have any symptoms of COVID-19, or are generally feeling ill, please stay home.
