PUBLIC HEARING. The Litchfield City Zoning Board of Appeals (City Council) will conduct a public hearing meeting on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 6:20 PM in the City Council Room, 221 Jonesville St., Litchfield, MI, 49252, to consider a variance for property owners of parcel #30-19-015-300-002-15-5-4 located at 950 Anderson Rd. The Litchfield ZBA shall review a request for a variance to decrease the north side setback by 42 ft, as described in Chapter 1266.07 of the City of Litchfield Ordinances pertaining to Area, Yard, Height, and Bulk Regulations.
