The Litchfield Industrial Park is an ideal location to relocate an industry or build a new one. The Industrial Park is owned by the City of Litchfield, and is a 220+ acre Michigan Certified Industrial Park. The setting is ideal and is in the only Michigan County that borders both Ohio and Indiana. We also promote the City of Litchfield and the Industrial Park to companies looking to relocate to the area. Through these commitments, the Industrial Park has continued to grow and prosper.
The City of Litchfield recognized the growing need for new housing in the area and the result was a beautiful new subdivision called Hawthorn Heights. This development is affordable and offers the opportunity to buy lots for $3,000 to $12,000. Hawthorn Heights offers a country estate atmosphere in a rolling wooded terrain. It has attractive paved streets, is close to the downtown area and schools, and is convenient to all major amenities.
