AS OF APRIL 17, 2024, RECYCLING WILL BE SWITCHING WEEKS. On our current schedule, the City of Litchfield’s recycling is picked up every other week. That will remain the same, but we are switching the weeks that recycling is being picked up on in order for LRS (Modern Waste) to service the City of Litchfield residents in a timely manner. Beginning on April 17th, the new schedule for pick-up every two weeks will begin. In order to not cause residents undue hardship, we will be having recycling collected two weeks in a row to start the new schedule.
